Pork (loin) 100 g
Egg 1
Milk 50 ml
Cheese 60 g
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Butter
Cut the potatoes into slices, add mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper, mix well, and set aside. Cut the pork loin into small pieces and lightly fry.
Whisk 1 egg with 50 ml of milk (you can substitute cream), and season to taste. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Layer the potatoes first, then the pork loin, creating several layers. Pour the dressing over the top and grate the cheese. Bake at 200°C until done.
