Ingredients
4 potatoes
3 sausages
2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
2 cloves garlic
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Prepare the potato dough for the sausages. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and grate. Add the eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly. Add the flour and mix.
With damp hands, take a small amount of potato dough, spread it across your hand, place a sausage on it, and spread the potato dough so that it covers the sausage on all sides. Coat the resulting stick in flour. Repeat for the remaining sticks.
Heat the vegetable oil, add coarsely chopped garlic, and heat until hot. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Remove the garlic from the oil. Fry the sausage in the potatoes in garlic butter until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Cut into portions and serve with your favorite sauces.
