Rice Cutlets



Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
300 g mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Semolina
Vegetable oil

Boil the rice until tender. Drain and rinse. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Wash the mushrooms and finely chop. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Fry the onion and garlic until translucent, add the mushrooms, and stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 7 minutes.

While simmering, stir the onion and mushrooms several times. Then add the rice to the pan. Mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir again. Cool slightly and form the rice and mushroom mixture into patties.

 Roll the formed patties in semolina and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
