Potatoes 3
Chicken broth 100 ml
Sour cream 100 g
Havarti cheese 150 g
Ham 200 g
Green peas 100 g
Red onions 2
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare a baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the chicken broth, sour cream, and finely diced (or grated) Havarti cheese.
Add the peeled and diced potatoes, sliced ham, and green peas to the bowl and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Peel and finely chop the onion, then fry it in a frying pan until golden brown. Remove the foil from the potatoes and sprinkle with the fried onions. Bake for another 30 minutes or until golden brown.
