Ingredients
Mussels 400 g
Spaghetti 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Red chili pepper 1/2 pc
White wine 150 ml
Parsley 1 bunch
Heat the olive oil in a wide frying pan. Add finely chopped garlic and hot pepper. Sauté over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the thoroughly rinsed mussels and pour in the wine. Cover the pan with a lid. Increase the heat to medium. Cook the mussels for 5-7 minutes, or until all the mussels have opened (discard any that haven't opened).
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Drain in a colander, add to the pan with the mussels, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Mix well and serve immediately.
