Ingredients
Spaghetti 350g
Canned Tuna 200g
Onion 1
Canned Tomato 1
Garlic 1 clove
Red Chili Pepper 1
Olive Oil 7 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Herbs to taste
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (al dente pasta is slightly firm to the tooth). Lightly fry the garlic and red pepper, add the onion, and fry until golden brown.
Remove the tuna from the can, drain any excess oil, and add to the pan, mashing with a fork and simmering for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, stir, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander, place it in the pan, and heat for a few minutes to allow the sauce to infuse. Sprinkle the cooked pasta with chopped fresh herbs and spices.
