Ingredients
1 carrot
1 apple
1 tbsp dried apricots
Celery (greens)
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Peel the apple and carrot and slice thinly (Korean-style shred). Mix with the dried apricots and celery. Mix the yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Dress the salad and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
