Chicken (fillet) 300 g
Celery (stalks) 200 g
Apple 200 g
Bell pepper 200 g
Tomato 200 g
Onion 150 g

Boil the chicken until tender. Cool and chop finely. Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water over it, let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse in cold water (this prevents the onion from becoming bitter).
Dice the celery. Seed and dice the pepper. Dice the tomato. Peel, core, and dice the apple. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix the fillet, celery, pepper, tomato, onion, and apple. Add a little salt. Season with mayonnaise.
