Shrimp, Avocado, and Grapefruit Salad


Ingredients
Shrimp 500 g
Olive oil 10 ml
Lemon juice 50 ml
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Grapefruit 2 pcs
Cucumber 100 g
Avocado 2 pcs
Honey 15 g
Balsamic vinegar 20 ml
Black French mustard 1 tsp
Dill 10 g
Lettuce 50 g

Marinate the shrimp in a mixture of lemon juice, 3 tbsp oil, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes. Then fry the shrimp for a few minutes, until pink. Choose your favorite type of shrimp.

 
Cut out the grapefruit segments. Do this over a bowl to preserve the juice.

Slice the avocado and cucumber.

Make the salad dressing by combining the grapefruit juice, oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, dill, salt, and pepper.

Tear the lettuce leaves onto a wide plate, arrange the remaining ingredients, and drizzle with the dressing.
