Ingredients
1 can canned tuna
2 potatoes
2 carrots
2 onions
4 eggs
1 apple
mayonnaise
salt to taste
Mash the canned tuna with a fork. Hard-boil the eggs, cool, and peel. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and grate them coarsely. Chop the yolks into crumbs.
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion, blanch it in boiling water, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then drain and sprinkle the onion with lemon juice. Wash the potatoes and carrots thoroughly, boil them until soft, cool, peel, and grate them finely into separate bowls.
Peel the apple, cut into slices, remove the core and seeds, and grate on a coarse grater.
Layer the salad, generously spreading each layer with mayonnaise. Homemade mayonnaise is best, of course.

Layer 3: potatoes;
Layer 4: onions;
Layer 5: carrots;
Layer 6: egg white;
Layer 7: yolk.
