Ingredients
Pasta 250 g
Hunting Sausages 100 g
Olive Oil 60 ml
Mushrooms 600 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Dry White Wine 125 ml
Cream 300 ml
Parsley 3 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese 30 g
Boil the pasta and set aside. In a frying pan, fry the sausages until tender and transfer to a plate. In the same pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the thinly sliced mushrooms for about 3 minutes. Press the garlic, pour in the wine, and cook until 50% of the liquid is absorbed. Then pour in the cream and chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and stir.
Pour the pasta into the sauce, stir, and add the cooked sausages. Place on a plate and serve with grated cheese.
