Ingredients
For the dough:
Flour 500 g
Eggs 2
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Water 200 ml
Salt 1/2 tsp
For the filling:
Shrimp 500 g
Onions 2
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Herbs
Sift the flour, make a hole in the center, and crack the eggs into it, then mix. Season with salt, add vegetable oil, and water. Knead the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 1/2 hour.
Meanwhile, fry the shrimp and onions together, season with salt and pepper. Tear off a piece of dough and roll it into a sausage shape. Cut the dough sausage into strips. Roll each piece in flour and flatten.
Roll the strips into circles. Place the shrimp filling into the circles and form the dumplings.
Boil the shrimp dumplings and sprinkle with herbs.
