Three-Cheese Lasagna



Ingredients
Lasagna 12 sheets
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Minced meat 450 g
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Marinara sauce 680 g
Ricotta cheese 800 g
Egg 1
Mozzarella cheese 400 g
Parmesan cheese 100 g
Oregano 1 tsp
Spinach 60 g

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna sheets until al dente. Drain and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

In a medium skillet, cook the minced meat until no longer pink. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, stirring constantly, and cook until the minced meat is cooked through.

 Add the marinara sauce, stir, and remove from heat. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, 50g of Parmesan, and chopped spinach.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil and spread 200g of the prepared sauce on the bottom of the dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top. Spread 1/4 of the ricotta mixture on top, followed by 200g of sauce. Sprinkle with 100g of grated mozzarella. Repeat this process three times, finishing with 50g of Parmesan. Sprinkle with oregano.

Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and then slice.
