Potatoes 400 g
Sauerkraut 200 g
Canned cucumber 200 g
Onions 150 g
Salt
Vegetable oil
Boil the beets until tender. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Finely chop the onion. Dice the cucumbers. If the cabbage is very salty, rinse it and chop finely. Dice the carrots. Dice the beets. Dice the potatoes. Mix the potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, onions, cabbage, and beets. Season with salt. Season with vegetable oil.
