Feta-Stuffed Tomatoes


Ingredients
4 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oregano
0.5 cucumber
100 g feta cheese
85 g olives
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Press the garlic through a garlic press, finely chop the cucumber and black olives. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes to make caps.

Scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon and season each tomato with salt and black pepper. Whisk the olive oil with the garlic, balsamic vinegar, and oregano, season with salt and pepper, add the finely chopped cucumber, pepper, cheese, and olives, and mix well. Spread the filling over the tomatoes and cover them with the "lids."
