Ingredients
Cottage cheese 300 g
Butter 100 g
Eggs 2
Baking powder 2 tsp
Sugar 100 g
Salt 1 pinch
Melt the butter and cool. Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and sugar.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. Add the flour to the cottage cheese and egg mixture and mix quickly. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
Roll the dough into a log on a floured surface. Cut into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a round bun.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the buns slightly apart.
Bake the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
