Ingredients
For the dough:
1.5 cups flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup powdered sugar
150 g butter
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
For decoration:
2 cups powdered sugar
0.25 cup milk
0.25 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Green food coloring
Sprinkles
Sift the flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar. Add the butter and vanilla extract and whisk into the dough. Refrigerate briefly to firm up slightly. Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out cookies with a Christmas tree cookie cutter. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Then add the corn syrup and extract. Add food coloring. Decorate the cookies.
