Cottage Cheese and Apple Casserole



Ingredients
Apples 750 g
Flour 150 g
Sugar 120 g
Cottage Cheese 250 g
Cream Cheese 250 g
Eggs 3
Egg Yolk 1
Sour Cream 100 g
Butter 80 g
Vanilla Pudding 1 packet
Lemon 1
Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Apricot Jam 3 tbsp
Almond Flakes

Mix the flour, 20 g sugar, egg yolk, and milk into a dough. Line the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for an hour. Line the sides of the pan, prick the dough with a fork, and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.

 For the filling, peel the apples, slice them thinly, and drizzle with lemon juice. Whisk 100 g of sugar with 3 egg yolks, lemon zest, vanilla, cottage cheese, cheese, sour cream, and pudding (starch).

Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the cottage cheese mixture. Place 2/3 of the apple slices on the dough, cover with the cottage cheese mixture, and arrange the remaining slices beautifully.

Bake for about 50 minutes. Brush the hot pie with jam, sprinkle with flaked almonds, and let cool.
