Ingredients
3 slices of bread
1 onion
1 zucchini
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 bunch of herbs
Vegetable oil
Cut the stale bread into small 1x1 cm cubes. Fry in a well-heated frying pan with a little vegetable oil until golden brown. Transfer to a plate or bowl.
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add the diced zucchini and fry until tender, stirring occasionally. Finally, sprinkle with salt.
Lightly beat the eggs, add Abkhazian salt, finely chopped herbs, and the toasted bread pieces.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the remaining ingredients, cover, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the eggs are set.
You can also cook the eggs in the oven. To do this, preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 10-15 minutes.
