Ingredients
5 tomatoes
3 slices bread
80 g cheese
2 cloves garlic
6 sprigs parsley
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
Cut the tomatoes in half, place in a foil-lined dish, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
Grate the stale bread, add finely chopped herbs and crushed garlic. You can also blend the ingredients.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the bread, herbs, garlic, and olive oil. Add enough olive oil to make the mixture not too crumbly and slightly sticky. Mix the mixture well and spread it on top of the tomatoes.
Bake the tomatoes in a preheated oven at 200-210°C for 15 minutes. More or less time may be needed. The breadcrumbs should be golden brown but not burnt.
