Flourless Cottage Cheese Casserole



Ingredients
Cottage cheese 500 g
Condensed milk 1 can
Eggs 3
Vanilla
Butter

Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk the cottage cheese and eggs. Cottage cheese of any fat content is suitable for this casserole, depending on your preference.

Add the condensed milk. Whisk again until smooth. Adjust the amount of condensed milk to your taste; you can add it in increments to avoid oversweetening it.

Grease the baking pans with oil (butter is best) and pour the cottage cheese mixture into them. Bake for 50-60 minutes, depending on your oven and the size of the pan.

The casserole will rise considerably during baking, but will settle once removed from the oven. Let it cool a bit, then the casserole will become firmer.
