Assol Salad


Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 350 g
Apples 2
Red onion 1/2
Raisins 50 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Fat sour cream 3 tbsp
Wine vinegar 1 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Boil the chicken breast. Place a pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil, add salt, and add the chicken. Cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove the cooked chicken, let it cool, and then cut into small pieces.

To make this salad not only delicious but also beautiful, use red apples and onions. Cut the onion in half and peel. Wash the apples, cut them in half, and remove the cores with a knife. Cut the apples and onion into small cubes and add them to the bowl with the chicken.


Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and wine vinegar to the salad bowl and mix. The dressing is ready.


Add the raisins (washed and dried first) to the chicken breast, apples, and onions. Add the dressing, ground pepper, and salt to the bowl and mix well. That's it, the salad is ready. To ensure all the ingredients are well-melted, let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.



Divide the salad among bowls and serve. Croutons, crispbread, or fresh bread with a crisp crust make a great accompaniment.
