Shrimp, Egg, and Feta Salad


Ingredients
100 g shrimp
70 g green onions
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
150 g feta cheese
Herbs

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Boil the shrimp for 3 minutes, drain in a colander, cool, and chop finely.

Wash the green onions under running water, dry, and cut into thin rings. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes (from the moment the liquid starts to boil), place in cold water for 2 minutes, peel, cool, and chop finely.

Combine all the prepared ingredients. Season the salad with salt to taste, dress with olive oil, and toss.
