Pomelo and Shrimp Salad



Ingredients
1 pomelo
2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
Pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic
120 g shrimp
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 bunch cilantro
Iceberg lettuce
Sesame seeds
Salt

Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. Peel the pomelo, cut into wedges, scoop out the pulp, and break it into pieces. Tear the lettuce and chop the cilantro. Boil the shrimp in hot salted water and cool, or simply use boiled and frozen shrimp.

For the sauce, mix the lemon juice, sugar, crushed garlic, and soy sauce and let it steep for a bit. Mix all ingredients, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and drizzle with the sauce.
