Ingredients
4 cucumbers
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1/2 tbsp
Red pepper flakes 1/2 tbsp
Cut each cucumber into 8-10 oblong pieces. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 30 minutes to allow the cucumbers to absorb the salt. Then add the remaining ingredients. Stir. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a while to allow the cucumbers to absorb the flavors.
