200 g Onions
Mayonnaise

Vegetable Oil
Whisk the eggs separately. Pour into a frying pan coated with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
Flip and fry on the other side. Fry 5 pancakes this way.
Stack the pancakes and cut into strips. Cut the onion into strips. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Chop the mushrooms. Combine the pancakes, mushrooms, and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise.
