Pear, Walnut, and Parmesan Salad



Ingredients
Lettuce
Walnuts
Parmesan Cheese
Pear
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Salt

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the pears and cut into small squares. Chop the walnuts and grate the Parmesan cheese into flakes using a potato peeler. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt to taste.
