Ingredients
500 g Squid
300 g Mushrooms
1 Onion
70 g Nuts
100 g Cheese
1 Garlic Clove
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt to taste

Peel the squid and drop it into lightly salted boiling water. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain in a colander. While the squid is cooling, finely chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Fry the onion and mushrooms until tender, adding salt to taste.
Chop the nuts. Add half to the mushrooms, reserving the other half for garnish. Finely grate the cheese and add it to the mushrooms. Cut the cooled squid into strips and add to the salad. Finely grate the garlic or press it through a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise. Dress the salad. Sprinkle the finished salad with chopped nuts and garnish with herbs.
