Ingredients
1 avocado
200 g cheese
4 eggs
300 g ham
2 cucumbers
200 g green peas
1 bell pepper
mayonnaise
parsley
Boil the eggs, cool, peel, separate the whites from the yolks, and grate them finely into separate bowls.
Wash and dry the cucumbers and avocado. Peel and pit the avocado, and dice the cucumbers and avocado. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, rinse again, and dice.
Grate the cheese and dice the ham. Pour boiling water over the green peas, drain, rinse, dry, and finely chop the parsley.
Arrange the salad on a serving platter in layers:
- egg whites, a little mayonnaise;
- half the cheese;
- green peas, mayonnaise;
- avocado;
- bell pepper, a little mayonnaise;
- ham, mayonnaise;
- cucumbers, mayonnaise;
- parsley;
- remaining cheese;
- egg yolks.
Decorate the salad as desired and refrigerate for 2 hours.
