Crab Stick Salad with Mushrooms


Ingredients
230 g crab sticks
400 g marinated mushrooms
1 apple
4 eggs
Green onion
Dill
Parsley
Ground black pepper
Salt

Hard-boil the eggs, cover with cold water, and let cool. Chop the crab sticks and place in a large bowl.


Drain the mushrooms, cut into large pieces, and add to the bowl.


Peel and core the apple, grate it on a coarse grater, and add it to the bowl. Peel and chop the eggs and add them to the salad.


Add finely chopped onion, dill, and parsley. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

 
Add mayonnaise to taste and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for 1 hour.
