Cheese 100g
Chicken cabbage 400g
Pomegranate
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Salt
Balsamic vinegar
Lettuce
Rinse the chicken breasts in cold water, then pat dry, season with salt, and fry, covered, in olive oil. The chicken should be golden brown. Once cool, dice.
Rinse and chop the Chinese cabbage. Finely grate the cheese. Mix the chicken pieces with the cabbage, sprinkle with cheese, sesame seeds, and pomegranate seeds, and dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
