Ingredients
0.5 can olives
200 g squid
1 tomato
1 iceberg lettuce
1 bell pepper
1 lemon
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Herbs to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash, boil, and peel the squid thoroughly. Cut into rings and marinate for 20 minutes. To prepare the marinade, combine the juice of 1 lemon, mustard, finely chopped garlic, salt, and oil.
Dice the tomatoes and cut the bell pepper into strips. Chop the lettuce leaves.
Combine all ingredients, stir, and dress with a dressing of olive oil, chopped olives, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
