Ingredients
Strawberries 200 g
Raspberry vinegar 200 ml
King prawns 14
Sugar 3 g
Avocados 2
Olive oil 60 ml
Lemon juice
Salt
Thaw the shrimp, wash and dry them. After defrosting, peel and grill the shrimp in a pan until done.
Cut the strawberries in half.
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut into thin slices and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Combine the sugar, vinegar, and olive oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients, add the sauce, and serve.
