Olivier Salad with Pork Tongue


Ingredients
Potatoes 300 g
Carrots 150 g
Eggs 5
Pork (tongue) 500 g
Salt 3/4 tsp
Canned Green Peas 300 g
Canned Cucumber 300 g
Mayonnaise 150 g

First, boil the jacket potatoes, carrots, and eggs. Let them cool and chop finely.


Meanwhile, boil the tongues in salted water. When they're done, plunge them into cold water (to make the skin easier to remove) and peel.

 Finely chop the peeled tongues and add to the salad. Now add the green peas and finely chopped cucumbers (fresh cucumbers are fine, but pickled ones are more delicious).


Toss all ingredients together. Before serving, lightly salt the salad and dress with mayonnaise.
