Ingredients
Beef 200 g
Carrot 1
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion 2
Pickled cucumber 3
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
Cut the boiled beef into small pieces. Then, fry the beef in a frying pan with a minimum amount of oil until golden brown.
Peel and grate the carrots coarsely, then fry them in a separate frying pan in a small amount of oil. Peel the onion, cut it into half rings, or, if the onion is large, cut it in half. Fry it in vegetable oil.
Cut the cucumbers into thin strips, draining any excess liquid to prevent it from getting into the salad. Mix all these ingredients and add finely chopped garlic. Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly, adding salt if needed.
