Layered Salad with Red Fish



Ingredients
Lightly salted salmon 200 g
Olives 50 g
Cheese 60 g
Eggs 5
Orange 1
Red caviar 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Green onion

Hard-boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, and grate them on a medium grater. Cut the salmon into small slices. Peel the orange, remove the fibers, and cut the flesh into cubes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the olives into rings.

Lay the salad in layers. The first layer is half the egg whites mixed with mayonnaise. Next, add the yolks, salt and pepper to taste, and coat lightly with mayonnaise.

 Place half the salmon in the third layer and spread with mayonnaise. Then add the olives and the remaining salmon. Then add the cheese and a little mayonnaise.

Add the oranges as the next layer, then top with the remaining egg whites mixed with mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with caviar and olives, and place half a quail egg in the center.

Wrap the finished salad in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
