Ingredients
200 g smoked turkey (fillet)
1/2 can canned green peas
4-5 Napa cabbage leaves
1 cucumber
1 leek
50 g cheese
120 g natural yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Cut the cucumbers, leek shoots, and turkey into strips. Grate the hard cheese, add the green peas, and slice the white part of the leek into rings. Reserve the green part of the Napa cabbage for garnish. Cut the thick white part into strips and add to the salad.
Toss the salad well and dress with yogurt mixed with lemon juice.
Line the bottom of the bowls with Napa cabbage leaves, top with the salad, and serve.
