Chicken, Pepper, and Carrot Salad


Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 100 g
Carrots 100 g
Bell pepper 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Thyme to taste

Cut the carrots into strips (you can grate them coarsely), and thinly slice the pepper. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, as shown in the photo.


Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken. Fry for 3-4 minutes on all sides. The chicken should be fully cooked and lightly browned for a more flavorful finish.


Combine the chicken with the chopped vegetables and crushed garlic. Season with sour cream, salt, and thyme to taste.
