Olivier Salad with Beef and Apples



Ingredients
4 Potatoes
1 Apple
5 Eggs
300 g Beef
3 Pickled Cucumbers
100 g Canned Green Peas
3 Carrots
1 Onion
Salt to taste
130 g Mayonnaise
Ground Black Pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes and carrots, peel, and dice. Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and dice. Dice the cucumbers and drain the brine. Chop the onion. Drain the green peas in a colander. Boil the beef in salted water and let cool. Dice. Dice the apple. Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, and mix well.
