2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 avocado
1 cucumber
2 eggs
Salt
Mayonnaise
Lemon
Herbs
Bay leaf
Black peppercorns
Boil the shrimp for 3 minutes in salted water with the bay leaf and peppercorns. Drain and cool.
Boil the potatoes and carrots, cool, and peel. Boil the eggs. Peel and chop the cucumber and avocado. Coarsely grate the potatoes, carrots, and eggs.
Arrange the salad in layers. Spread mayonnaise over each layer. - potatoes,
