Ingredients
300 g pork
6 eggs
4 potatoes
200 g canned green peas
3 pickled cucumbers
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise
For garnish:
Chinese cabbage
Red bell pepper
Olives
Boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a medium grater, chop the yolks. Boil the pork and potatoes, cut into small cubes, and chop the cucumbers. Mix all ingredients except the whites, season with salt, and dress with mayonnaise.
Form the salad into a "rabbit" shape on a platter and sprinkle with the grated whites. Make ears from Chinese cabbage leaves, eyes from olives, and a nose and mouth from bell pepper. Garnish with parsley.
