Ingredients
1 can cod liver
1 can canned green peas
2 eggs
3 potatoes
1 onion
Lemon juice
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Herbs
Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, peel, and dice. Finely chop the onion and blanch it in boiling water.
Cut the cod liver into pieces.
Boil the eggs and chop finely.
Mix all the chopped ingredients. Add chopped herbs.
Season with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise or oil with lemon juice to taste.
