Grilled Chicken Bread Salad



Ingredients
Tomato 600 g
Yellow bell pepper 300 g
Chicken (breast) 300 g
Basil to taste
Wheat bread 200 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Wine vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Red onion 1 pc

Cut the bread (preferably ciabatta or pita bread) into cubes. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds.

Cut the sweet onion into segments. Place everything on a baking sheet and brown under the grill. Or grill in a pan. Once cooked, cut the pepper into large cubes.

 Rub the chicken breast with salt and pepper, brush lightly with oil, and grill for 15 minutes. Cut into cubes.

Cut the tomatoes into large cubes or wedges.

Toss everything together. For the dressing, combine the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, add the crushed garlic, and toss. Dress the salad, sprinkle with basil leaves, and serve immediately, to keep the bread warm.
