Ingredients
Mushrooms 300 g
Chicken (fillet) 300 g
Sour cream 150 g
Cheese 100 g
Eggs 3
Canned pineapple 300 g
Kiwi 1
Onion 1
Mayonnaise
Chop the mushrooms and onions and fry them in sour cream. Let cool and arrange in a salad bowl. This will be the first layer.
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, let cool, and cut into pieces. Place the fillet on top of the mushrooms and spread with mayonnaise. The second layer is ready.
For the third layer, grate the hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater (you can also cut them into small cubes). Spread mayonnaise on each layer. Cut the canned pineapple into small cubes, place them on top of the egg layer, and spread with mayonnaise.
The final layer is grated cheese. Garnish the salad with kiwi slices and serve.
