Ingredients
100 g lightly salted red fish
4 eggs
80 g cheese
3 tomatoes
green onions
mayonnaise
Boil the eggs for 4 minutes, then cool in ice water. Finely dice the tomatoes, red fish, and eggs, finely grate the cheese, and finely chop the green onions.
Now assemble the salad in layers in the following order:
Layer 1: half the tomatoes + mayonnaise;
Layer 2: egg yolks + a little mayonnaise + a little salt and pepper;
Layer 3: half the green onions;
Layer 4: half the cheese;
Layer 5: half the eggs;
Layer 6: red fish;
Layer 7: the other half of the green onions;
Layer 8: tomatoes + mayonnaise.
Layer 9: Eggs
Layer 10: Cheese
Garnish with green onions and serve.
