Ingredients
1 jar of marinated mushrooms
300 g of ham
4 eggs
1 onion
Sunflower oil
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Cut the onion into quarters and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Whisk the eggs with a fork until smooth. In the same pan as the onions, make two pancakes, frying them on both sides. Cut into strips. Chop the mushrooms.
Mix all ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Let sit for 10 minutes.
