Ingredients
100g rice
50g red caviar
400g lightly salted salmon
1 avocado
lemon juice
3 squid
300g shrimp
mayonnaise
2 eggs

Layer the salad on a plate, forming a mitten.
Layer 1: rice mixed with red caviar and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Layer 2: salmon, finely chopped.
Layer 3: sliced avocado and drizzled with lemon juice.
Layer 4: boiled and finely chopped squid and shrimp, mixed with 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Layer 5: salmon, thinly sliced.
Grate the egg white and place it on the base of the mitten. Use mayonnaise to create a snowflake pattern on the salad. Garnish with herbs and serve.
