Ingredients
400 g red beans in their own juice
1 tomato
1 can canned corn
150 g ham
Greens
2 slices white bread
2 cloves garlic
Mayonnaise
Salt
Ground black pepper
Drain the beans. You can use cooked beans. Cut the ham or sausage into strips. Dice the tomato. Chop the greens. Mix everything in a bowl, add the chopped garlic.
Drain the corn and add to the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, and mix well.
Cut the bread into cubes and toast in a frying pan with or without oil, as desired. Place the salad in a salad bowl and top with croutons. Stir before serving.
