Ingredients
3 potatoes
3 carrots
4 eggs
2 processed cheese
200 g crab sticks
mayonnaise
salt
pepper
Boil the potatoes, carrots, and eggs. Grate the potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate them separately on a coarse grater. Freeze the processed cheese and grate. Chop the crab sticks very finely.
Lay the salad in layers from bottom to top: potatoes, crab sticks, whites, carrots, processed cheese, and yolks. Season each layer with salt and pepper, and brush with sour cream or mayonnaise as desired.
The delicious crab salad can be left to soak for a while, or eaten immediately.
