Ingredients
185g canned tuna
200g canned corn
3 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
200g beans
1 leek
2 bell peppers
Salt
Mayonnaise
Parsley
Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes, and slice the leeks into rings (finely chop the onion). Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, rinse again, and dice. Wash the parsley, dry it, and finely chop or separate the leaves. Drain the corn and tuna, and mash the tuna with a fork.
Arrange the salad on a serving platter in layers:
- beans, mayonnaise;
- corn, mayonnaise;
- tuna;
- Leeks (or onions); - Parsley; - Tomatoes (with a little salt), mayonnaise; - Bell pepper; - Cucumbers (with a little salt).
Spread the top of the salad generously with mayonnaise and garnish as desired. Refrigerate the salad for an hour.
